ROY Co complete High Line 519 in New York

Located on West 23rd Street, adjacent to Manhattan’s much-anticipated High Line Park, this 18,500 square foot, 11-story residential building has generous floor to ceiling windows which take advantage of southern exposures and downtown views. Perforated, embossed stainless steel balustrades skim the all-glass façade, giving each floor-through apartment a distinctive identity within the shimmering overlay. From the exterior these balustrades are reflective by day and semi-transparent by night, while appearing as scrims from the interior when sunlit. Dark wood paneling reminiscent of the rusty hue of the High Line tressel sheathes the building’s north and west faces. Balconies protrude from the north façade.
