TPG Architecture develops brand identity and design concept for global media company

Specific Media, a digital media company and repeat client, has settled into their 25,291 sq ft. London location on the 10th floor of Central Saint Giles, 1 St Giles High Street. Now the largest of their international offices, the space features multiple huddle areas, a multi-media training room, an oversized café, an all-weather terrace, and a gym. An open floor plan featuring a compact benching layout was utilised in the work area. This allowed Specific Media to provide ample room for the multiple employee amenities, increasing employee collaboration, both during and after business hours.

The training room, executive offices, and conference rooms are outfitted with glass fronts, encouraging transparency and fostering collaboration among the staff. The design is very lively with a strong distinguished palette of reds and oranges, and a variety of playful pendant lights. TPG has worked with Specific Media continuously for the past four years and was originally selected to develop a unique brand identity and design concept that would be incorporated into future locations.

In addition to London, TPG has completed projects in New York, Seattle, Chicago, Detroit, Dallas, and Irvine and is currently working on Boston, San Francisco, Atlanta, Minneapolis, and LA, which is now under consideration for expansion to accommodate the acquisition of the MySpace operating team. These projects, which total over 100,000 sq ft of interior architectural design and environmental graphics, present a strong and consistent message in both their office design and branding elements.
