Opulent residential development in Tel Aviv conceptualised by Gal Nauer Architects

A new upscale residential complex has been unveiled for the Bavli neighbourhood of Tel Aviv, Israel by Gal Nauer Architects (GNA). With offices in both New York and Tel Aviv, GNA specialise in luxury architecture and interior design on an international basis and describe this most recent project – entitled Bavli Towers – as ‘one of, if not the most, architecturally and technologically advanced developments in Tel Aviv’.

Enveloping an outdoor swimming pool, extensive external landscaping, a high-end gym and residents’ lobby lounge into a complex of 880 condominium residences, this 27 acre development will be dominated by six 44-storey towers. The glistening glazed residential pillars will differ in form but be connected by a sleek stylistic thread that will extend throughout the development. The concept is currently seeking LEED certification with its environmentally friendly, green perimeter with underground-only access for road vehicles.

Gal Nauer, Founder and President of Gal Nauer Architects determines: “Designing these 44-storey towers, which have all the qualities of a private home, a strong connection to the neighbourhood and a true send of community, represents the next generation of architecture and a new standard of modern luxury living. As one of the largest green initiatives for Tel-Aviv and the 21st Century, the Bavli Towers will attract a diverse population seeking an urban lifestyle in an environmentally forward-looking community.”
