Conran & Partners receive planning approval for “St Paul’s Place”, Sheffield City centre’s tallest building.

Designed in line with the city’s continuing transformation and urban redevelopment, this striking scheme is sure to become a focal point for both residents and visitors St Paul’s Place is a confident and contemporary response to the opportunity of providing high quality, high-density residential accommodation on a significant city centre site. The development provides 331 apartments, in two linked towers: one of 10 storeys on St. Paul’s Place and the other of 32 storeys on Arundel Gate. ‘We want to give Sheffield a really good modern apartment building, up to the standards set by some of the new civic schemes. We think people will really take to this building and we have worked hard with the City planners and the development team to make sure it's the best building for the site' Paul Zara, Conran & Partners
