Ar. Prem Nath to complete India’s first entertainment and recreation resort in Delhi 

Ar. Prem Nath has conceptualised the first themed entertainment Hotel-Resort at Delhi –NCR region. This 7-star property on 40 acres of land has been designed to be a landmark beyond perception. The country has 5-star hotels & properties but no theme or concept hotel as yet; Ar. Prem Nath has created concept designs for a 1million sq ft luxury hotel-resort-garden project to fill this void, with the name Royal Resort Hotel & Royal Garden.

The Royal Resort Hotel shall have 200 deluxe hotel rooms/suites with 49 sq m room module, two restaurants, coffee shops, a bar, pool bar, meeting rooms, business centres, gazebos, pool decks, and musical fountains. The resort tower hotel will have 300 rooms with 40 sq m room module, 2 restaurants, coffee shops, a bar, club lounge, rooftop restaurant, meeting rooms, business centers etc. The service hotel apartments shall comprise of 50 one-bed units and 25 two-bed units. The hotel villas shall be G+1, 25 villas (50units) each with 1 /2 bedroom, drive-in parks, dedicated pool decks, recreation and pool café etc.

The other facilities in the Royal Garden complex include an amphitheatre with a seating capacity for more than 10,000 people, health spas complete with sauna, Jacuzzi etc., salons, themed gardens, multi-level pools, a Kids zone, spice garden, multi-cuisine restaurants, luxury & lifestyle shopping, themed shops, handicraft village, fashion street, 3,000+ parking spaces, and much more. The resort also encompasses a venue to host events such as launch parties, promotion events, etc. The entire hotel-resort complex is planned around the theme of luxury.

The property shall be built on a site with natural gradient giving the panoramic view of the capital city. Retaining and enhancing the existing ecology, the resort premises shall afford breathtaking views. The resort shall depict a miniature version of a perfect luxurious city in India itself catering to all age groups.
