HASSELL completes the Flinders Link Development in Adelaide, Australia
The HASSELL-designed Flinders Link development is the first commercial office project in Adelaide to be awarded a 5-Star Green Star – Office Design V2 Certified Rating by the Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA) recognising “Australian Excellence”. This considerable achievement for HASSELL represents a significant milestone for the development industry in South Australia. The project comprises two multi-level commercial office buildings, attracting two major tenants. Australia’s largest general insurance group, Insurance Australian Group (IAG) has taken 12,000 sqm over 10 levels and energy provider Santos occupies over 12 levels (15,000 sqm) of the building as its new national headquarters.
