K2LD blur the boundaries between nature and buildings

With over 300,000 sq m of land area, the development is divided into 2 phases. Phase I and II consist of 1,500 units of villas and terraces and apartment units, with which the whole development will be equipped with leisure, entertainment, retail and institutional facilities.

The strategic design of the master-planning revolves around the of dwelling clusters built on reclaimed islands; and the articulation of the Villas aims to maximise the relation and dialogue of each unit to the surrounding water landscape. The villas are set in an idyllic landscape that allows the residents to be in touch with nature constantly. The awareness of nature is enhanced and the experience of living in these surroundings is unique to the development only.
