WAM create state of the art office enviroment
The challenge was to take an unloved building, which by its location and nature was just another suburban box, and transform it into an interesting and inspiring “place” to work.
The “Portal” is the dominant feature of the interior and defines the client’s journey into presentation areas where glimpses of the workings of the office are framed. At ground floor you pass through it and at first floor it surprises by being a planter.
The existing glass to the entrance was replaced with PowerGlaz Photo-Voltaic glazing which not only provides electricity, but is effective shading to the Atrium behind.
