BDP’s clear objectives were to provide the practice with a distinct and visible profile within Manchester, to create a sustainable building and to provide an uplifting, high quality workspace for the staff.
With the architecture, structure, services and lighting all being designed by BDP, the building design encapsulates BDP’s cohesive inter-disciplinary approach and showcases the practice’s commitment to sustainable workplace design.
11 Ducie Street achieved a BREEAM excellent rating and is certified carbon neutral by the Carbon Neutral Company.
