Clash Architects design the latest Sleeperz Hotel near London's Waterloo Station
The scheme in Lower Marsh will be 11 storeys high and would provide at least 75 rooms. This proposed scheme is for Network Rail and the Sleeperz hotel chain and will include a market area on the ground floor with links to the adjacent railway arches which would boast further market and gallery space. The exterior will include steel shutters in a variety of coloured glazing and a New York style drop down external staircase.
