M3 architects, in association with Coughlan DeKeyser Associates appointed to design mixed use development
M3 architects, in association with Cork architects Coughlan DeKeyser Associates have been appointed by developers TRM to design a large mixed use development in Waterford City, Ireland.
The design incorporates residential, live/work, commercial and cultural buildings as well as a hotel and substantial public areas.
M3 architects partner Nadi Jahangiri comments: “We are delighted to be working on our first major project in Ireland and in particular on such a high profile and important scheme. We will bring all our skills and extensive design experience to create a vision worthy of the site and location.
