Club Renaissance is a 2,000,000 sf -61 story structure comprising of a a 47 story residential tower sitting atop a one story office and 12 leveles of Parking garage. The project has 912 residential units witha 30,000 sf club house facility as well as parking for 1,100 Cars. The project is situated on Casino Center Drive between the famous Las Vegas Strip and Downtown Las Vegas with commanding views of the Strip and the mountain ranges.
