Stephen Fletcher Architects recently completed a comprehensive re-modelling of and extension to this Victorian terraced house

This formerly nondescript terraced house has been upgraded, extended and opened-up to create a modern and elegant home. The illusion of space has been mazimised as much as possible, especially at ground floor level where the Living Room, Kitchen (with new structural glass roof) and rear garden seamlessly open onto each other. A luxurious Master Bedroom suite at first floor level included a spacious new bathroom and bespoke wardrobes with sliding doors. There are two further bedroom suites and a rooftop Family Room extension. A masculine 'East/West' tone of dark woods and cream-coloured stone and fabrics provides a backdrop to the clients' various artworks and furniture.
