Parkville Apartments has been awarded the Best Residential Development of the Year in Slovakia. The awards are organized annually by the Association for the Development of Slovak architecture and construction.
Parkville Residential Development sets a new benchmark for contemporary family living in Bratislava. The design consists of a total of 87 luxury apartments in 10 new high quality family villas with stunning panoramic views overlooking the city towards Bratislava Castle. The villas are located in a green park environment and sensitively integrate with the steep natural surroundings of the Koliba hillside. The development is at the forefront of sustainable design in Slovakia, and includes highly insulated building envelopes, maximised south and west glazed facades, green roofs, the use of natural timber and local stone, and recycling of grey water for natural irrigation of the park environment.
