Luxurious beginning to the Mexican firm in the south of Mexico City

The design was inspired by the lack of good quality projects in the south Mexico City. This was the first project in this scale and size for the firm. MXARW has designed and built almost everything in this project: kitchen, doors, façade, etc.

The building is a conjunction of MXARW ideas to get a good quality and a current look apartment. It’s transparent and light. The red colour, especially vermillion, inspired them design of luxury sports car. Get open spaces, as much as possible, was one of their priorities, having also always the possibility to change the space according to the needs of each resident.

It is a 1650 m2 total construction, 6 departments in 3 different levels. The most of the materials used were local, from Mexico, like the marble soils and the glass sheet used in the facades.

It is a perimeter concrete structure, with light walls in interior, (to can move them to get other composition). The tempered glass, painted vermillion colour in oven, was used with steel in the front and structure common stairs.

The front is structural steel painted with lacquer vermilion red tone, with glass. The mix of glasses permits the natural light to enter throw and at the same time get privacy with the matt glass. The windows are unnoticed in the front because are the same level that the glass.
