cube_design have secured planning permission for a new vocational centre and performing arts building

The refurbishment and extension of Plumstead Manor School forms part of the first Wave of the Building Schools for the Future Programme in Greenwich. The redevelopment consists of the renovation of the existing school buildings along with a new 2700sqm performing arts and sports building as well as a new vocational building. The approach to the design of the buildings has been to create modern, but contextually sympathetic buildings, to provide an exciting and progressive learning environment for now and the future. The vocational building has been designed to be a low energy, low carbon design.
