Aleksandar Design Group receives approval for new apartment development
A new 18 unit residential development located across the road from Lake Macquarie, 2 hours north of Sydney, has just gained development approval. The design is unique to the area in that it provides views to the lake from all apartments. This has been achieved through an L-shaped plan that incorporates both single level and cross over unit typologies.
A ground level landscaped courtyard cleverly integrates the roof of the carpark entry as a sundeck for the pool, whilst a large roof terrace will provide enhanced amenity for the residents, including extensive views over Lake Macquarie.
The project is now being documented by Aleksandar Design Group and will commence construction in February 2008.
