Texas gains satellite church facility

BASIC is responsible for Master Planning a new 128 acre campus in Prosper, Texas for Prestonwood Baptist Church, one of the largest churches in the country. The phrase, “...one church, two locations,” embodies the church’s intent to not only create a satellite facility, but to establish an extension of their existing campus in Plano, Texas.

Built on 30 acres, Phase I includes a multi-purpose/worship facility for 1,500 persons, 40,000 sq ft of education space for children, youth and adults, and a centralized common area for gathering and fellowship. Construction of Phase 1 of the facility is complete and the first service and dedication was held on October 12, 2008.
