Hacin + Associates designs FP3 - a world-class residential development in Boston’s dynamic Fort Point neighborhood
Designed by Hacin + Associates, FP3 is an eight-storey luxury condominium complex located steps away from the city’s Financial District, World Trade Center, and the new Institute of Contemporary Art and Boston Convention & Exhibition Center. The building, which also features restaurant and retail establishments headed by legendary restaurateur Barbara Lynch, is slated for occupancy in late 2007.
The name FP3 reflects not only its Fort Point location but also the fact that the development comprises three connected structures on Boston’s Congress Street – one newly constructed and two completely renovated – along with a three-storey addition that runs along the top of the three buildings. Fully integrated with the historic architecture of the Fort Point district, the new building will serve as a dramatic and striking addition to Boston’s residential scene.
The 97 residences at FP3 will offer an array of fashionable living spaces, including modern loft-style residences, spacious terraces, and luxurious penthouses. The complementary styles of the site’s three buildings culminate in the lobby, a sleek gallery space that fuses traditional elements with the new building’s striking contemporary design. Pricing will be highly affordable, starting at less than $400,000.
