Harbour bridge hotel apartments completes

Cape Town’s first development first development to be completed along the fresh water canal in the Roggebaai Canal precinct, which will seamlessly connect the City to the world famous V&A Waterfront, has completed. The Harbour Bridge Hotel Apartment Development is set against a magnificent backdrop of ocean and mountain, near the Cape Town International Convention Centre, perfectly positioned on the fringe of the V&A Waterfront.

The architecture is crisp and modern with understated detailing. The random arrangement of sliding shutters is reminiscent of the moving parts of the working harbour, creating a lively textured façade. The use of glass adds a modern elegance and reflective quality to the building façade.

The development offers 67 residential apartments, 40 hotel rooms, 17 luxury suites and a penthouse with 360° views of the ‘Mother City’.

Interiors are modern, in keeping with the exterior of the building, reflecting the qualities and colours of the nautical setting. Careful planning, with the use of colour and glass, have enhanced the spacious quality of the units.
