Stage 1 opens for business December 2008
Gate 1 Stage 1 is the first stage of a mixed use development near Perth’s international airport. Located on the primary approach road to the terminal, the two hectare site has excellent exposure to considerable passing traffic. With the opportunity of creating a landmark development for airport users, visitors and a substantial local workforce, the project was briefed to be constructed economically and was budget driven. The challenge was to match this opportunity and create a vibrant new town centre for the the industrial areas of Kewdale and Welshpool.
