Waterside residential development completes
In response to the desire for high quality residential and hotel properties in the Tacoma area and within the vicinity of the Thea Foss Waterway, MulvannyG2 helped the Foss Waterway Development Authority and the City realize their vision of a renewed and vibrant waterfront community. Along with developer Thea Foss Holdings LLC, we developed a 162-unit condominium complex. The 9-storey tower is designed to maximize views of the water, Mount Rainier, and the City. The site includes underground parking, retail, and restaurants that enhance the public experience and fosters enjoyment of the Waterway.
