Marchese + Partners break new ground with unique type of apartment plan
Marchese + Partners (M+P) Sydney office have released details of their groundbreaking designs for a new type of apartment plan for their Star Luxe project in Austin, Texas in the United States.
Inspired by Austin's fascinating art, music, and architecture scene, marchese partners have designed three unique floor plans for this landmark prestigious development: 'The Guitar', is an apartment shaped by the instrument's exquisite lines, 'The Salazar', is fashioned after an imagined artist within the Art Nouveau movement, and 'The International', is modelled in M+P’s signature ultra-modern design style. Star Luxe is unlike any other luxurious residential project in the world, and the lakefront apartments will go on sale soon and are expected to attract international interest.
