A mixed development in Clapham for Young's Brewery and developer London & Newcastle has been given the go ahead

Collett & Farmer have recently been granted planning and given the go ahead for the redevelopment of 'The Plough' Public House in Clapham, South West London. The site is owned by Young’s Brewery and is being redeveloped with developers London & Newcastle in a joint venture to provide a new Public House and 15 high quality flats with a further retail unit. The London Borough of Wandsworth granted planning consent for the scheme in March 2007 and the developer aims to start work on site in September 2007 with a completion date in late 2008.
