The go ahead has been given for a new $250 million dollar Justice Precinct in Western Sydney for the NSW Government with the master plan and landmark buildings designed by leading architectural practices Bates Smart and Lyons. The project will deliver legal facilities comprising a new 21,000 square metre Justice Building accommodating a range of legal departments, a new Trials Courts Building containing nine trial courts, a new Children's Court complex with six courts and the refurbishment of the historic Jeffery House to provide new accommodation for Western Sydney Area Health Services.
