KlingStubbins design lavish housing development

India-based real estate developer Advantium Infrastructure Private Limited (AIPL) announced the launch of their new villa community northwest of Pune, a progressive city in Western India.

The development known as Foris Aqua (“Doorway to Water”) was designed by Philadelphia-based KlingStubbins and consists of 41 separate villa sites focusing on a series of rain and natural spring water corridors, converging on two central quarries. Eight prototype houses combine clean architectural forms with traditional Indian family values. The villa designs integrate the natural beauty of the surrounding environment with the built structures, taking advantage of local materials and craftsmanship.

The community was spawned as a personal retreat for both visitors and natives of the area. Modular designs enable owners to customize the layout of their home. Surrounding water features assist in the natural cooling of the villas, and protected terraces expand living spaces to the exterior. Community members share a central community center with recreational and entertainment amenities overlooking the exquisite terrain and central quarries.
