Renowned architect Dale Jones- Evan’s no.1 Harbour House
No.1 Harbour House is one of Sydney-based architects Dale Jones-Evan’s many ongoing projects in the North South Wales region in Australia.
This large descending waterfront property is virtually re-built within the existing footprint and envelope of the former building. A coned copper form containing an office and lift lobby sits on a landscaped roof over a black podium body of a building. The building is opened from a dramatic sunken court through to water views. A new terraced landscape and pool flows to the harbour. The ongoing project began in 2005 and is set for completion in 2009
