This building site is located at the edge of the historical part of the city. Tight planning restrictions control all the new dvelopment in order to preserve the town hystorical character. This restrictions include the preservation of traditional roof structures and building forms, also ratio of window to wall areas. The groung floor garage is finished in stone laid, paying tribuite to local mountain side tradition.
The windows at the back side are wider to take advantageof the spectacular mountain view. The main street almost symetrical elevation is being disturbed by a play of mobile sun shading and fixed wooden panells.
