The first of three Crawford Partnership schemes commissioned by First Grosvenor Properties on behalf of ASRA housing association has now been completed in Lewisham. The topping out ceremony was held this week and prospective tenants were delighted with the new contemporary accommodation.

Crawford Partnership made use of off-site timber frame construction, with an external white render and cedar cladding finish. Fully glazed lift and stairwells offer views onto the main street.

The scheme is 100% affordable housing with a mix of single and family accommodation. A landmark 5 storey block addresses the streetscape, with the building stepping down to four and three storey blocks to the side and rear. Duplex family units at ground floor level are complimented with their own private gardens to the rear and front. The higher levels offer stunning views across Crystal Palace.
