The Albany Medical Clinic breaks ground at Broadview Avenue

A ground-breaking ceremony took place on Friday for the Albany Medical Clinic in Toronto. The new facility is set to provide five stories of state of the art health care and will be 50% larger than the previous clinic.

The design by Sweeny Sterling Finlayson & Co Architects Inc. Will consist of 35,000 usable sq ft and include facilities to improve service to patients and the community and expand the services on offer with 7 or more new medical professionals at hand.

The Albany Medical Clinic has been serving their local community for more than 70 years and the new facilities will help to deal with the increasing needs of their patient base. The development is due for completion by the end of October 2009.
