Construction commences at luxurious La Romana residential estate
The architecture and urban design firm A-cero has announced the start of the
construction of a residential development in the province of La Romana
(Dominican Republic), one of the most exclusive spots in the Caribbean
region. This promotion is located in a unique natural area that runs along
the coast, characterized by the presence of abundant local vegetation and
crossed by the Cumayasa River, whose mouth is one of the biggest attractions of the place.
This ambitious project includes the construction of a new marina and a high
specification private road network in the urbanization, creating large
gardens and artificial lakes, while conservating vast areas of natural
rainforest. In this privileged environment, has begun the buiding of 1200
condominiums on the sea front, 1900 residences scattered among the golf
