Winners announced for the competition to design an ‘Agent for Human Interaction’

On the 17th April the Royal Academy of Arts (RA) announced the winners of a design competition, held jointly with WAN. After careful deliberation the jury awarded first place to ‘Urban Projections’ by Emergency Studio (Melissa Watkins and Patrick Hazari from the US). This along with five other prize winning proposals is on display at the RA for the next two months. The competition challenged entrants to design an “agent” to encourage human interaction. The jury, comprised of arts and architecture professionals, awarded a total of £3000 in prize money, donated by WAN.
