| The UK’s Sellar Property Group, headed by flamboyant Irvine Sellar, is to spend nearly €500m on acquisitions which will effectively double the group’s portfolio. The acquisition programme started with a €77m purchase from Africa Israel which includes Seal House in Swan Lane, London currently let to Merrill Lynch, a Cable and Wireless building in Bletchley and an office complex in Buckinghamshire. |
