ALA Architects is a leading Finnish architectural practice, with increasing stake in the global architecturel scene. ALA currently employs 30 people. To support our international operations, we are seeking an enthusiastic and cultivated PR and business development person to work in close collaboration with the office management and partners.

Tasks include:

• searching for international project opportunities, 
• building and maintaining a cross-disciplinary collaborator network, 
• putting together teams for bids and applications for architectural projects worldwide. 
• have the skills to coordinate the global PR strategy of the office. 

Requirements:

• business administration, 
• architecture/urban planning, 
• building management or other relevant education, 
• fluency in English, 
• other languages considered an asset, 
• experience of working in a creative industry environment,
• excellent meeting and presentation skills, 
• proactive, positive and business-like approach, 
• graphic design skills a plus, 
• willingness to learn on the job and take several responsibilities in a small, dynamic team.
