Job description. To lead a strong and highly-efficient design team, we are currently seeking architecture design director to lead a high-performing team of architecture department.
- Provide creative design solutions at concept design and schematic design stages of projects.
- Be able to lead a team of designers in the development and execution of large and complex projects.
- Have the experience, ability and the confidence to manage meetings with clients to coordinate project issues and any special requirements that the client may have.
- Solve all kinds of project problems.
- Communicate effectively with different design functional department to actualise design.
- Have the ability to design and run several projects concurrently.
- Be able to comprehend and execute promptly the intention and requirement of senior management in BLVD.
Requirements.
- Bachelors degree or higher qualification in architecture.
- Minimum of 15 years experience in the field of interior design including three to five years leading interior design (architectural design) teams.
- Fluent in English at a professional level.
- Proven performance at concept design, schematic design and design.
- Development stages of projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp and any other 3D Software.
- Excellent presentation skills. excellent design and detailing skills.
- Excellent time management ability.
- English and Chinese bilingual ability is an advantage.
