Description Jim Fitzpatrick, Minister for London, and Ken Livingstone, Mayor of London, will launch South Bank Partnership’s Manifesto for Action and celebrate a pioneering new form of neighbourhood leadership and delivery.

Bringing together elected representatives, business, cultural, educational and health organisations as well as the statutory authorities, the South Bank Partnership is a unique organisation which seeks to ensure the future of South Bank, Waterloo and Blackfriars. It is chaired by Kate Hoey MP and Simon Hughes MP and represents a cross-borough area (Lambeth and Southwark).

The Manifesto for Action details the actions that the Partnerships believes are necessary to ensure that the neighbourhood’s future is properly planned, coordinated and resourced to maximise the benefits of public and private investment. For more details see
