Description Ideas Bank: creative approaches to architecture education

Time: 5pm-7pm
Location: Iniva, Rivington Place, London EC2A 3BA

Join the Architecture Education Network at David Adjaye’s new Iniva building for a skills sharing event. Hear members and friends of AEN share their creative and thought-provoking approaches to architecture education.

How can you make architecture relevant and accessible to pupils? Where can architecture fit within the school curriculum? How can you actively engage pupils in the design and construction of new schools? Pick up tips and resources that can be implemented immediately in your classroom or your school design project.

The Architecture Education Network, created by Open House, brings together teachers and architects informally to unlock the potential of architecture as an educational experience.

This event is open to AEN members only. One year’s membership of the AEN is £35. For membership information or to confirm your place on this event, email aen@openhouse.org.uk or call Sarah Smillie on 020 7383 5722.

This event has been kindly supported by Iniva.
