Dale Sinclair: The RIBA Plan of Work 2013, the broader context

Dale is chair of the RIBA Large Practice Group. He chaired the group responsible for the 2013 RIBA Plan of Work, and is a member of the CIC BIM forum. A general overview of how and why the new RIBA Plan, and its associated tools, and the forthcoming CIC Schedules of Service will change construction professional practice.

Frank Newbury: BIM, New Roles and Responsibilities

Frank is a Chartered Architect at Probyn Miers and an Expert Architect on construction disputes and litigation. The CIC- BIM Protocol, PAS 1192-2 and related documents and how they affect BIM project organisation and roles and some future trends.

Stephen Bamforth: Evolving insurances for the new world of construction

Stephen is Chief Executive of the insurance broker Griffiths & Armour. G & A produced "The Best Guide for PI insurance when using BIM" which was published alongside the Construction Industry Council's BIM Protocol earlier this year. As practices within construction change so, too, must the world of insurance. Stephen will provide us with his expert insight.
