Atmos Studio's Alex Haw has been teaching a Masters studio on food & architecture at the RCA. Our students have been researching global food networks and designing high-rise inhabitable forms of urban agriculture for East London.
Projects have ranged from start-up tech hubs shaded by edible data-nomad insects to lush office landscapes warmed by server farms, key-worker housing cohabited by birds and bees to soaring fish-and-chip factories as a new, stacked, undulating Butlins; fast-food farms feeding commuter train lines to staycation hotels offering high-rise high-temperature exploration of home-grown world fruits.

10.00am – 5.30pm daily; late opening to 8pm Saturday 23, Wednesday 27 and Saturday 30 June
