Richard Baldwin is Managing Partner of a Cost Management Team specialising in the Hotels, Sports, Culture and Commercial sectors at Davis Langdon LLP. He is a member of the firm's Leadership Team and also sits on the Global Board. Richard is a qualified quantity surveyor and project manager. His extensive experience covers the successful delivery of many key projects, both in the UK and Overseas, including: The Eden Project, Heron Tower, Tate Modern, Royal Festival Hall, Media Centre at Lords Cricket Ground in the UK, Legoland Deutschland in Germany and the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, USA. Richard is a Member of the RICS, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a member of the RIBA.
