Tim Pettigrew joined Swanke Hayden Connell Architects in 2002 and has been working extensively within the London and Moscow markets, largely in the commercial sector. He has worked on a number of medium to large scale schemes including No.1 Coleman Street in London and two developments in Moscow which will equate to over 10 million square feet when completed. He is currently leading the team on the 62 Buckingham Gate project for Land Securities.

Tim is a senior member of the commercial offices team responsible for maintaining design standards within SHCA for all commercial office related projects and for championing innovative design solutions. He has lectured on facade design and in particular the aesthetic uses of concrete following the successful use of polished precast concrete in No.1 Coleman Street.

Having studied in England and Singapore Tim then worked both in Germany and Ireland in residential, healthcare and commercial office projects before joining SHCA.
