Tony Grist is Head of Architecture for HASSELL – a multidisciplinary studio consisting Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Interior Design and Strategic Planning and with offices throughout Australia, China and in Bangkok. Tony Graduated from the University of Plymouth and worked with Nicholas Hare Architects in London before joining Ken Maher and Partners who later merged with HASSELL in Australia. He has worked in Japan designing commercial, residential and cultural projects, whilst in Australia he has been responsible for significant projects such as the Qantas Domestic Terminal in Sydney, NSW, and the redevelopment of Darwin Waterfront, Northern Territory. He is currently working on a new airport in Christchurch, New Zealand, and a Research Centre for Obesity, Diabetes and Cardiovascular Disease in Sydney.
