Russ Hamilton is a Design Director with Farrells and has been with the internationally renowned Urban Design and Architectural firm since 2000. He is involved in the practice’s principle design activities and is responsible for complex, mixed-use urban design and regeneration projects; building concept development from theory through to detailed interior design is a specialism. His drawings and visualisations contribute to the developing design and expression of the practice.
Russ is leading on the development of a number of international and cultural urban design master plans including the British Library at St Pancras and a large urban regeneration project in New Zealand. He is the lead designer on high profile public and cultural buildings for Farrells including the recently completed Royal Institution in London and the Great North Museum in Newcastle.
