Creative Navigator Milligan Retail, London
For Paul, a problem is just an opportunity in disguise. Driven by an infectious enthusiasm
for any challenge, he is a creative yet strategic thinker armed with ‘fat pen’ ideas who
will bring a fresh perspective and new intelligence to every project.
After 30
years in the industry, Paul remains passionate about architecture, design and innovation.
His experience is wide-ranging covering the planning, development and design of retail,
entertainment, corporate, hospitality, institutional and education projects, not to mention
the odd contemporary tree house. Motivated by indefatigable determination, he crosses the
divide between architect and developer, providing a vision for both and a route for
success.
In 2003 Paul left as MD and Senior VP of RTKL UK, a US architectural practice with one of
the strongest track records in retail development, to explore broader creative possibilities
and to engage with the premise ‘why not’. With Milligan, the commercial retail developer,
he interprets creative ramblings and unstructured thoughts into something architects can
understand.
Paul has lived in London for the past 20 years with his partner and two children, and enjoys
the fact that his morning commute now more often involves a bicycle than a crowded train.
