Jonathan Clarke leads Woods Bagot Interiors studio in Europe. As a qualified Architect and Interior Designer he has 15 years extensive experience delivering award winning international designs across luxury retail, hospitality and workplace projects: his designs are underpinned with a practical and straight forward approach. He has developed concepts and schemes for many of the world's progressive brands and developers in the UK, USA, Europe, Middle East and Far East. With broad cross sector experience Jonathan's strength lies in project leadership and client management ensuring successful project delivery.
Particular projects of note during Jonathan's career include London advertising agency Fallon's office redesign, Virgin Atlantic's lounges and training facilities and an award winning restaurant design for Canteen in London. He was also influential in the design of The Core Club in New York, Abu Dhabi Investment Council HQ and the global facade programme for H&M across the US and Japan.
In addition, Jonathan is one of the key drivers behind Woods Bagot's own research brand PUBLIC. This knowledge capture is fundamental to the process at Woods Bagot. PUBLIC ensures new thinking and acts as a platform for clients, staff and collaborators to feed ideas and challenge conventional theory across Woods Bagot's key sectors: Lifestyle, Workplace and Education & Science. Its multi-disciplinary global team of more than 650 people operates across Europe, North America, the Middle East, Asia and Australia. Woods Bagot's dynamic international studios are staffed with designers and specialists in the areas of architecture, urban design, consulting, interior design, masterplanning and design management.
Jonathan remains a committed member of Southwark Design Review Panel in London and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts working with a global network of 27,000 fellows to be a force for civic innovation and social change.
