Development Director, Land Securities.

Brendon Moss is a Development Director for Land Securities’ London Portfolio. He is currently responsible for managing and delivering a range of residential, retail and mixed used schemes in Westminster.
A Chartered Mechanical Engineer, Brendon started his career at Arup, in Building Services and then moved on to specialise in Facades and Building Physics. During his time at Arup, Brendon developed the Emerging Technology Group, working with manufactures / products and researching new technologies and materials for the building industry.
In 2006, Brendon was awarded Membership to the Institute of Engineers Sainsbury Management Fellowship. Brendon then went onto complete an MBA at London Business School, focusing on Entrepreneurship and Real Estate.
In 2007, Brendon joined GE Real Estate as part of their Acquisitions Team, after which he became a Design & Construction Director for Tishman Speyer.
