With an architectural career primarily within the healthcare sector, since 2005 Rob has focused on the designing care homes for the elderly with a particular emphasis on designing for dementia. Before undertaking his current role as Head of Design Services at Bupa Care Services UK, Rob held the position of Associate Director at an award winning architectural practice specialising in the care home sector working with a number of national operators.

Rob now leads Bupa’s design team helping the business to expand through new build development and extending its substantial portfolio of care homes.
