Jonathan Falkingham is chief executive and co founder of Urban Splash, the award winning regeneration company that was established in 1993. Originally from Bradford, Jonathan studied architecture at Liverpool University, from which he gained a first class honours degree.
He then went onto form architectural practice Design Shed, which later merged with King McAllister to become shedkm. It was a meeting with Tom Bloxham whilst still at the helm of shedkm that led the two to form Urban Splash and since then Jonathan has pioneered unique design and overseen the transformation of big projects ranging from Fort Dunlop to his own award-shortlisted house in Liverpool.

In late 2009 he was also appointed as Trustee of the RIBA.
