CEO Native Land

Alasdair co founded Native Land in 2003. He has over 20 years experience in the central London residential market, having been responsible for some of the most significant new developments in the sector over this period.

Prior to founding Native Land Alasdair was Managing Director of Taylor Woodrow Capital Developments and a director of Taylor Woodrow Property Company.

He has significant international property experience, notably in Europe and Asia, having led the growth of the company and the formation of a number of strategic relationships with joint venture partners and co investors from both the UK and abroad. Native Land’s current development portfolio includes the world class residential scheme NEO Bankside designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, Florian Place by Lifshutz Davidson Sandilands and Campden Hill designed by John McAslan & Partners.
