Miles Delap is a chartered civil engineer and graduated from City University in 1991. Miles joined Gardiner & Theobald in 1999 and has worked on a range of projects, including the PFI refurbishment of HM Treasury, the Manchester Civil Justice Centre for Allied London Properties, for the Grosvenor Estate on its public realm projects, and as Overall Project Manager for Thomas Deacon Academy – a school of 2200. Miles has worked with Foster & Partners, David Chipperfield, BDP, Will Alsop, Denton Corker Marshall, Dixon Jones, Hopkins and a number of other designers.

Miles is a partner of Gardiner & Theobald LLP and a member of the management board. He lives in Greenwich and has three children. Miles is also a Director of Thomas Deacon Academy, Peterborough.
